Delivery
Items purchased will be delivered via Local Mail Provider, Singapore Post.
All sale items are in excellent, brand new condition. ISA eShop ensures that items are check carefully before mailing out.
We will not be held responsible if items are damaged / lost / misplaced during the shipment or posting.
Registered mail is charged at $5.00 per delivery for both local and overseas orders. Items will be sent out within 2 to 14 working days after full payment made. For local addresses, delivery time may take up to 3 to 5 working days. As for overseas addresses, delivery time may take up to 14 working days or more. Shipment maybe delay over at our suppliers side, hence ISA eShop would not be held responsible for such delays.
Registered mail provides you with a registered article number which allows you to check on your items’ delivery status here. Registered article number will be mail to you after posting for your tracking purposes. However, in the event of tight schedule, ISA eShop will be using normal posting instead of registered mail.
We do accept international orders and delivery charges for international orders will be advice via email after payment made.

Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds
Strictly no exchanging or refunding of orders is allowed once payment made. No cancellation is allowed after orders have been made.
In the event of refunding, it will be done via bank transfer to minimize losses from Paypal transaction charges. For international buyers, vouchers/credits of equivalent amount will be issued to minimize losses from Paypal transaction and bank transfer charges.
Items can be only exchanged if you have received different / wrong ordered items. In such cases, please contact us via email within 3 days from the date of receiving the items. After the grace period of 3 days, Strictly no exchanging or refunding of orders is allowed
