Welcome to ISA eShop Web Site (the ‘Site’). Please review the following basic terms and conditions of use which govern your use of and purchase of product from our Site. Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms (the ‘Agreement’).

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notices. We encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use our Site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you have placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same bank account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we had made a changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at our Sites. However, as the actual colors visual of items you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other contents of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, and/or error-free.

Any contents or promotions described or posted on this Site shall be governed by the rules regulating such event.

Product Information
Most ISA eShop products displayed at our Site are available while supplies last. The prices displayed at our Site are quoted in SGD Dollars and are non-negotiable. We reserve the right to amend / adjust any pricing because of price changes due to circumstances beyond our control. Quality of goods may vary from the different batches / shipments of goods.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ISA eShop harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our Site. ISA eShop beauty care products are tested and sellable in both local and overseas without any complains of skin rejections. Therefore, ISA eShop shall not be held responsible if customer has an allergic reaction to any of its contents.
